This includes all packaging, dust bags, and jewelry bags. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

Free In-Store Return: Returns of full-priced merchandise in its original condition with all tags still attached are accepted at our Tustin, California, location for store credit.

We always check pieces for damages and correct style numbers. However, if an issue arises, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will send a replacement depending on availability.
