Exchanges and Returns:

​ La Galleria wants you to be happy with your purchase! Should there be any issues, returns for store credit are accepted with prior authorization within five calendar days of item receipt. Fill out the form below to request a return. Complete the form in its entirety. We will review your request and we will respond to your request as soon as possible. If your request involves damaged goods, please be prepared to provide us with pictures of the damage. These pictures can be sent to mary@lagalleriatustin.com Upon approval of your request, you will be required to cover the cost of shipping your item back to us. Proof of shipping must be received within two days of receiving return authorization. Return Item Conditions: All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and designer tags attached to the item. This includes all packaging, dust bags, and jewelry bags. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

Final Sale Items: All clearance styles are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shapewear, undergarments, jewelry, handbags, and clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Free In-Store Return: Returns of full-priced merchandise in its original condition with all tags still attached are accepted at our Tustin, California, location for store credit.

We always check pieces for damages and correct style numbers. However, if an issue arises, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will send a replacement depending on availability.
